We stayed one night in this fantastic structure. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-trained waiters. Local food, all of high quality. A charming place. Availability of gluten-free food. A relaxing place.

We stayed for just one night (the first and the last), and the issue started right from the booking. When I called to ask if there were any available rooms, they hung up on me, texting me immediately on WhatsApp to say they couldn't talk and then started providing all the information I requested via WhatsApp. The structure outside is very nice; you can feel the tranquility of the place, and this was greatly appreciated. However, the rooms definitely need a review, as mine had what I attached in the photos. At lunch, we were served by a blonde lady (I assume she's an employee because she treated us very well) unlike dinner where we were welcomed by the booking guy, and I can only give this experience a rating of 0. At dinner, I asked for gluten-free bread as I am celiac, and I was served the same identical bread from lunch (I had broken it at lunch with my hands and was given back the same broken bread). Then we asked for 6 servings of baked potatoes, and I was told they only had one left from lunch. This was shocking to me; at least don’t say it was leftover. Anyway, every year we visit the city and this would have been a place to return to had we found it satisfactory. For me, it was a negative experience. We regret this because it could have been a really nice place if managed differently.

Great hospitality, genuine food, and excellent gluten-free options. The owner, Franco, is very friendly and welcoming. Perfect for those who need a bit of relaxation.
