I've been gluten-free for three years now. I've searched for various gluten-free sweets from Kobe to Tokai to Tokyo, and this cake is by far the best! Just from the appearance of the cakes, you can see the care and elegance of the maker, and each one is beautiful. This time I had the Mont Blanc. I usually get tired of Mont Blanc halfway through, but I was able to enjoy this one from the first bite to the last, perhaps because of the exquisite harmony of the sharp fresh cream paired with the traditional Mont Blanc cream and the flaky meringue (my absolute favorite). It was so delicious it was like magic. It's a taste that's two levels above the best. Apparently the cake will be sold out in five more sessions, which is such a shame (;;)

This is an all-gluten-free shop. I tried their cakes, baked goods, and bread, and they were so delicious I almost didn't think they were made with wheat flour! The cakes are small, but the balance of sweetness and flavors is excellent, making them very satisfying! They offer gluten-free cakes and baked goods, and the fact that they sell eclairs by weight, allowing you to choose the size depending on your mood, is a great idea! ☺︎ They also have a stall at the Bakers Marche, so I'd like to visit both again! ^_^♡
