a place that offers gluten-free handmade udon, with the possibility to eat udon inside the venue, like ramen. The staff is welcoming and kind! A very nice place, with an indoor room and an even nicer outdoor area! Highly recommended if you pass through Hiroshima! I've never had gluten-free udon so good!!

Do not miss this udon! First time I had udon as a gluten intolerant person and wow, I was so impressed. Can’t recommend this enough - perfect feed after sightseeing.

After days of food insecurity trying to eat gluten free in Japan, I am sitting in this amazing little restaurant eating fat, chewy, delicious gluten-free udon noodle bowl. So happy!!

We saw this place by chance while walking and seeing the gluten free sign! The place is completely clean of gluten and all the noodles are made on the spot. This means you might have to wait a bit but it does not harm the experience in my opinion. The outside section was also very nice and while we only ate the cold dandan noodles and came back for seconds.

My husband and I visited Hiroshima for about 4 nights and ate here twice during our short stay! I have celiac disease (I have to eat gluten free medically) which can be really hard when traveling! This place made me feel included in so many ways, culture is also so much about food and it can be hard when you want to try everything but have allergies. I SO appreciated having a safe meal from such kind staff too! The older woman working there makes the noodles fresh for each order, and wow does it show! I had missed Udon so much, I almost cried when we ate here the first time 🙈 Thank you so much for providing a quiet and serene environment, and serving delicious Udon many people can enjoy!! 🥰 we hope to return, till next time!!
