Very disappointed. It took weeks to even get through to the phone to them for booking because their website has issues. Once finally contacted them ( my partner wanted to bookshelf a romantic dinner for us ) he had to insist in asking them if they are certain there is no way to adjustments any of the dishes for onion intolerance. They assured that it is impossible. In general, any hotel establishment or city restaurant has always been accommodating for food intolerance and never made a problem when we mentioned onion, perhaps just limited the dishes which could be adjusted. But that a classy restaurant which charges 80 per head assure you that their chefs plainly wont offer a single item from the carte or any way to accommodate, is something we were very surprised by... all is premade, not made to order. Jacobs, among others, is a marvelous example of elegant and refined variety of dishes, among whoch, their full vegan menu. And they would be always happy to accommodate and make a fresh dish to order with any dietary requirement adjustments needed. We Simply expected a different level of service.
