Excellent pizzeria, now our favorite pizza place. It has three types of dough, one of which is gluten-free. If there are no contamination issues, it's possible to have any type of pizza with gluten-free dough baked in a wood-fired oven alongside the other pizzas. If you want to avoid contamination, they are very attentive; you can have the pizza cooked in a separate electric oven, and if you order the pizza ingredients in advance, they prepare them and set them aside without contamination risk. However, if you go at the last minute without pre-ordering the ingredients, you have to settle for what they have; the staff is always very kind and eager to indicate only the ingredients that are 100% contamination-free. In any case, a Margherita or a Buffalo is always possible to get. Besides pizzas, they also have desserts and gluten-free beers. Highly recommended!!!
