Dal Pugliese Restaurant & Pizza offers a complete menu, from appetizers to desserts, with gluten-free options at no additional cost. The staff is friendly and helpful; however, it is important to note that while they are attentive to celiac disease, they do not guarantee the absence of contamination for certain dishes. Ideal for those seeking a gluten-free experience with some precautions.

At the time of the phone reservation, they make everything seem discounted and easy. But when you sit down to dine and ask for gluten-free pizza, they tell you it's possible but do not exclude contamination since they have no separate cooking or dedicated ovens, just 'the dedicated pan for cooking.' The pizza seems to be made with a pre-prepared industrial base, but I am still one of those who would like at least a semi-decent gluten-free pizza. This is not it. Little choice in meat, but they cook everything on the same grill. Desserts: only coffee cream. When the person taking orders looks at you and says: 'It depends on how intolerant you are, we can't guarantee anything,' you realize you are in the wrong place. Here too, the policy is to say YES to everyone to secure reservations, and then celiacs are left disappointed and possibly harmed in their health.

The locale is informed and attentive to celiac disease. The entire menu can be gluten-free, from appetizers to desserts. It is not certified, but they are very careful about contamination. First and second courses are gluten-free, including mixed fried food and fries, homemade bread, with no extra charge for gluten-free dishes. Really excellent, I recommend it, friendly staff.
