I have been meaning to visit Ruby’s Baking Company ever since I began seeing their reviews on Facebook, and today I finally did. Ive been gf for 11 years and this is the first time I have had the pleasure of being in a bakery in which ALL of the yummy treats are gluten free! It was such a thrill that I could have bought one of everything. I bought cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, sweet bread, a donut, oatmeal cream pie and my husband got a coconut caramel brownie. So far I’ve eaten the cinnamon and the oatmeal cream pie. I’m trying not to eat everything in a day. 😂 This is a great little bakery, very quaint and cute and the ladies behind the counter were kind and friendly. They also have gf sourdough bread and some other savory items, and cookies. If you or someone you know has dietary restrictions, GO THERE, because you are sure to find lots of things that you like. The treats are fresh and soft and not at all stale like you find packaged in a grocery store. Love, love, LOVE!! I definitely will be coming back to Ruby’s Baking Company!

These were the best gluten free desserts I've ever had! I had to drive over an hour to get there but it was sooo worth it. Everything was so moist and fresh. I wouldn't normally be one to choose a cinnamon roll, but it came in the Mother's Day box and I'm glad it did. It was delicious! I will definitely be taking another road trip to try more. Thank you so much for squeezing my order in on Thursday. 🫶

As someone with multiple food allergies who's parenting a child with even more allergies, I loved finding a dedicated gluten-free bakery that’s also free from some of the other top allergens. The cinnamon roll was the best! I usually love strawberry cake, but I didn’t care for this one, especially with the chocolate frosting. I love that I can eat everything on the menu and I can't wait to try it all. EDIT: I’ve been here several more times, and unfortunately my family isn’t a fan of the flavor or texture of most menu items. Overall, things range from “okay” to “not good,” and some items (like the biscuits and bagels) were inedible for us. Now we strictly go for the cinnamon rolls and smores cookies—they’re the best thing we’ve had on the menu. Not a fan of the breads, bagels, biscuits, cake, or cupcakes.

My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Ruby Baking Co. for her wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Chelsea, the owner, was an absolute delight to work with. She provided a fantastic consultation, listening carefully to my daughter’s vision for the wedding and offering thoughtful suggestions. She really captured the vibe perfectly, from the small wedding cake for the bride and groom to the dessert table for all the guests. The presentation on the wedding day exceeded our expectations. Chelsea arrived on time, set up the display elegantly, and made everything look absolutely beautiful. The dessert table was an absolute hit—it was clear a lot of thought and care had gone into the setup. Ruby Baking Co. stands out not just for its allergen-friendly offerings, but also for how good they all tasted! As a bakery that accommodates guests with egg, milk, gluten, tree nut, and other allergies, it was amazing to see that everyone could enjoy the desserts without worry. We actually ordered more than we thought we'd need, but the desserts were so delicious that they were devoured well before the end of the night! In addition to their beautiful and tasty creations, Ruby Baking Co. offers excellent customer service, with Chelsea maintaining excellent communication and professionalism every step of the way. If you're looking for a bakery that makes amazing, allergen-friendly desserts and provides top-notch service, I would highly recommend Ruby Baking Co. for any event!
