The restaurant offers the possibility of having gluten-free first courses: tajarin, stuffed pasta. The preparation in the kitchen is done safely. Gluten-free Alfieri breadsticks are also served: the only caution that I think was lacking is putting them in the bread basket with clean hands. It seemed to me that they were close to gluten-containing breadsticks... Overall, the experience was positive.
