Restaurant "Alla Torre", belonging to the Ferron group, along with Pila Vecia. Not AIC certified, but very organized to offer a complete gluten-free meal. The risottos are all gluten-free; we had a tasting of three. They are all excellent and at very honest prices. The staff was really kind and welcoming; we will definitely return.

I tried their Sbrisolona di Riso, purchased at the IperOrvea in Affi. Simply delicious! It reminded me of when I was little, my dad and I used to eat Fregolotta, a very similar dessert typical of the Treviso area. Sbrisolona is an excellent gluten-free alternative for those who can't or don't want to eat unleavened wheat products. It's also made with simple, non-industrial ingredients, which is no less important! A tip: I'd remove some of the sugar and add almond flour, although obviously the price would be a bit higher. Congratulations!
