Spongy and quite heavy impasto. Various and good toppings. Small pizza, but a bit thick, so filling. Prices above average.

I had a different memory of this place.. Honestly, after returning years later, I was very disappointed with the gluten-free pizza.. Small, actually tiny, dry and tasteless.. The others who had the regular pizza were moderately satisfied.. A piece of plastic was included with the pizza, luckily it didn’t end up in the mouth of one of the kids at the table! Prices are way too high. The dessert, however, was excellent. But for gluten-free pizza, I recommend going elsewhere..

I ordered a gluten-free takeout pizza, it took quite a while, it seemed like a somewhat disorganized service, but the main problem is that I didn't order a children's pizza, as can be seen from the receipt, yet the size seemed to be that way. Unfortunately, I noticed at home how small it was for a regular pizza. Furthermore, the dough, I could be wrong, but it seemed to me like a pre-made base. In any case, I didn't like it, so unfortunately I feel I cannot recommend this pizza and hence this place.

Pizza with a gluten-free friend: my good nothing to say, my friend's gluten-free pizza was a round piece of bread, without edges, flat and hard, filled with tomato. It could be anything but a pizza. I don't understand what happened with gluten-free pizza, once Elisir was also an excellence in this field.

The food is always excellent and the staff is courteous. The gluten-free pizzas are great and you can also request lactose-free mozzarella. The desserts are all gluten-free and they are spectacular!

Beautiful place, very clean and well-kept, fabulous pizzas thanks also to the organic ingredients that the owner Giuseppe has decided to use😍 I recommend everyone to try the pizza from Elisir (in name and in fact) especially for celiacs, vegetarians, and vegans!! My favorites remain the “doc” and “marilù” 😂🥰

WARNING ... Despite being part of the AIC circuit .. We pointed out several irregularities in the management of gluten-free and the response from the owner was irresponsible. We will never return. I do not recommend it. I would like to clarify... We asked if ... a celiac person could drink Coca Cola Zero and the owner’s response (through a kind waitress) was YES, of course !! (IT CANNOT BE!) NOT convinced, I checked the AIC website and it is indeed not possible to drink Coca Cola Zero. So then when I confronted the owner ... when I pointed out that she had given me an incorrect answer (which is VERY serious as we are talking about health) ... her reaction was nothing short of indifferent ... she says that she only answers for the things they prepare and that she said yes because obviously if a celiac wants to drink Coca Cola Zero they can, but it’s not her fault if they then feel bad... !! This is crazy! At that point, I will also mention another thing.. The waitress with the black ponytail on top, whose name I do not know otherwise I would mention it .. served a Gluten Free pizza while bringing another normal pizza on top, and when I pointed it out, her response was that the plate was burning! For everything, I am always open to dialogue and reasonableness, but in this case, on the other side, I saw the indifference that should not exist in an AIC establishment for 14 years. And if our celiac guest had drunk Coca Cola Zero and had issues? Do you think we wouldn’t have held your establishment accountable? Of course we would ... having reassured us about it... Be careful not only with food preparation but also with all other stages, including service, and then do not give random answers ... rather say to look for the answers themselves but do not mislead. Modern and welcoming location. Great variety of pizza types, with gluten-free options available. The pizza base is crispy and the ingredients are top quality. We ordered a Doc and a Modena: the first quite classic, the second special. Both very good. For dessert, we chose an apple and cinnamon cake with vanilla ice cream and a caramel panna cotta. Both good but not exceptional. The ice cream was flavored with vanilla but without a trace of vanilla bean. There is also the option to sample smaller pizzas: I will return to try this option.
