Excellent experience for those who eat gluten-free! I was truly impressed by the quality of the gluten-free pizza at Rosso Vivo: soft dough, well-cooked, with an authentic flavor and fresh ingredients. Finally, a pizzeria that doesn't treat gluten-free as a secondary option, but with care and attention. The self-service format is also intuitive and fast, perfect for those who want to eat well without waiting. Highly recommended!

The establishment is certified, so you can eat in maximum safety. The entire menu is also available in a gluten-free version. I had a white pizza and it was delicious, highly recommended!

This place is a gluten free dream! I can’t remember the last time I had pizza that tasted like the real thing. I had the Tris Di Montanarine Fritte which was outstanding and the Calzone Napoli. I wish we lived here because I’d be back all the time. Ali was amazing from the second we walked in. Super helpful to us Americans that don’t know Italian. Highly recommend to all the celiac’s searching for the perfect pizza.

Innovative venue... Grocery store, pizzeria, and they also do grilling... Everything in one place. Neapolitan pizza with excellent products... also pizzas for celiacs... We would have never thought of it... But at the hotel where we were, they recommended it to us.
