Wonderful fritters and superlative pizza, it has nothing to envy to those with gluten. I've never eaten such a good pizza. They have a laboratory in a separate environment and a dedicated wood-fired oven.

I have been gluten intolerant for over a year, and this is the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. I hardly felt any difference compared to the gluten pizzas I had in previous years. Really top 💙

really good gluten-free pizza! 😊

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. The pizzeria has a separate laboratory for gluten-free options. In fact, even the appetizers and desserts can be ordered in a gluten-free variant. If you're in Naples, it's a must-try, but it's better to book ahead!

best gluten-free pizza of my life!! beautiful place and super welcoming and helpful staff

Over the years, I've had the chance to enjoy Federico Guardascione's growth in the quest for the perfect gluten-free dough. He has far exceeded the test of pizza served at the table as 'normal,' and no one doubted it was gluten-free. I believe they should make him an ambassador for gluten-free food around the world. You won't find a better pizza.

Best gluten-free pizza I've ever tried in my life

It was already one of my favorite pizzerias, but I went recently and the pizza was even better! I am celiac so I'm referring to the gluten-free pizza, but the regular ones also look very inviting. The dough is super digestible, it doesn't leave you feeling heavy. There are many interesting options on the menu, and the staff are very kind and helpful. They also seated us right away, the only "negative" note is that the tables are very close to each other; we had a table near the entrance and every time the door opened it was a bit cold. It's a bit pricey, but the exquisite pizza is worth it!

I don't love contemporary pizzas; I reserve the 5 stars only for traditional excellence pizzas, but I have to be honest, this is the first contemporary pizza that particularly impressed me and satisfied me. Out of curiosity, I wanted to try the gluten-free one even though I am not celiac, and I really liked it, especially because it is cooked in a dedicated oven and not like others do in the iron rotating oven. I also tried a slice of regular dough and again I have nothing to criticize. Tasty and quality ingredients, the marinara which I couldn't photograph, has a strong flavor and you can taste the richness of the tomato.

The wait was a bit exhausting but it was worth it... I went to lunch with my partner, curious about the "guardascione" pizza, which I only knew about through social media, so I thought to myself, "TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT..." I couldn’t have made a better choice. I should mention that I went for the round pizza, which wasn’t available, but the staff was kind and accommodated me since I prefer a crunchier crust. I then ordered the gluten-free round pizza, and the chef (very friendly and helpful) made a masterpiece: crispy, light, tasty, and he also let me try the bread, at my request, since I had previously ordered a big salad... well, it was also delicious, with rosemary, and super light... It’s a shame I couldn’t buy it because you have to order it a few days in advance... I didn’t take a photo of the other pizza because I wanted to review my gluten-free one, but I assure you that the other one (according to my partner who had a "TERRA MIA") was tasty and super light too... the same goes for the mixed fried dish, light and dry! Moreover, you can really notice the quality and freshness of the ingredients... I will definitely return, I will buy the bread and I think I’ll order 2 pizzas 😅😅😅...

The best gluten-free pizza I've had so far! Exceptional dough and top-notch toppings! The gluten-containing pizza was also wonderful according to my friends at the table with me! Emanuele and Antonio were super nice and professional! I traveled from Umbria to eat pizza at this place, and it was definitely worth it!

One of the best gluten-free pizzas ever.

Simply one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've eaten so far in the Naples area and surroundings. I was able to taste more than one because I shared with some friends; there is lactose-free mozzarella with a minimal surcharge of €1.50. The gluten-free dough was spectacular, light, and the pizza melted in my mouth. The prices are excellent in relation to the quality of the ingredients. I will definitely return.

I absolutely adored their gluten free pizzas. I have tried many different ones in Italy and other countries, and these are by far my favorite ones. My non coeliac husband also really liked them (see gluten free pizza in the photo). If you like thin pizzas with a slight crunch you should love them as well. They also seem to be extra careful with crossed contamination since they have separate kitchens for non gluten free food and gluten free food. On top of all of that all the stuff was very warm and polite and their prices are more than fair. Totally worth it!!

Super delicious pizza with a entirely separate gluten free dedicated kitchen to make and cook the gluten free pizzas. They also had delicious arancini! Favourite pizza was the Elena with tomato’s grown on the Vesuvius and lemon oil which was an interesting and refreshing taste on the pizza which we plan to recreate at home! Very popular place so I recommend calling and reserving before.

We have been to Guardascione more than once and have always eaten well. We tried different pizzas, always finding them very good, as well as fried dishes. A big plus is the offer of gluten-free pizza, with a small additional charge. It is a pizzeria that is always very crowded; even in August, we waited over half an hour for a table for two. It should also be mentioned that even when you finish eating, the waiters do not rush you out but give you enough time to decide whether to order dessert or ask for the bill. The atmosphere is quite noisy, precisely because the place is always full. I wouldn't recommend going on weekends unless you are willing to wait a long time. By car, it is virtually impossible to find street parking, but there are paid parking options nearby (it wouldn't be bad to have an agreement with one of the parking lots). In any case, it is a pizzeria where we always feel safe, meaning we have never experienced any digestive issues and have always left satisfied. It is not a traditional pizzeria, so expect some creative combinations.

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten! Light and tasty. Compared to my boyfriend's pizza (with gluten), he said it's almost impossible to distinguish them by taste and appearance. The mixed fried food is super crispy and almost all the desserts are gluten-free and made in-house. I highly recommend trying this magical place that made me forget I am celiac :)

Excellent pizza here uses natural flours.

The best pizza ever!

I had an incredible dining experience at Il Colmo Del Pizzaiolo! The gluten-free pizza was hands down the best I've ever tasted, and the gluten-free tiramisu was a delightful way to end the meal—truly exceptional! A special shoutout to Antonio for providing outstanding service; he was attentive, friendly, and really enhanced our experience. I can’t wait to return!

the best pizza in Naples

I discovered a few months ago that I can no longer have gluten, and every time I find something good that is gluten-free, it’s an emotion. But so far, nothing has been as good as the appetizers, pizza, and desserts from Federico Guardascione. I tasted the REAL flavor of good pizza again, tasty, light, with top-quality ingredients. Thank you so much for the professionalism and skill that Federico and the whole staff put in to maintain such a high standard, even for us Gluten Free.

This pizzeria can only receive 5 stars for us celiacs. I had an "ass' e mazz'" and a "Boccaccia" that were nothing short of fantastic. A dough made from natural flours (not deglutenized) and topped with top-quality products. I appreciated the service, which was attentive in bringing us the pizzas we chose to share one at a time, and the finesse of changing our plates between each pizza tasting. As for the bill...when you eat well and feel good, you don't pay attention to that, but if we want to mention it, I give 5 stars for that too. PS Extensive selection of gluten-free desserts that I promise to try next time.

I’ve known this place for years, and every time I say I eat the best pizza ever, but every time it’s better than the last one. In 22 years of celiac disease and eating pizzas, I’ve never found such meticulous care and attention in managing and handling gluten-free dough, which is extremely complex and delicate. The result: melt-in-your-mouth dough, no strange aftertaste, but most importantly: digestible, a utopia often for someone with celiac disease. The staff is kind, courteous, and capable of making you feel at ease, with care and attention to every detail, from the decor of the venue to the dish offerings; the interest of the pizzaiolos and the staff who, when saying goodbye, always ask if we had a good time. A thank you to the pizzaiolo Samuele, who made me rejoice with every bite and I would have eaten another right after!

Based on my experience, Federico Guardascione's gluten-free pizza is superb. I have gone to taste it at his pizzeria several times and it has never disappointed me. The dough is the same as the gluten-containing one, quality ingredients! You can enjoy everything gluten-free from appetizers to desserts. The venue is very nice and well-organized, with welcoming and helpful staff. Just a small note about the gluten-free croquettes, they're too small; you can do much more 😉

Everything in the photo is gluten-free. I can't give 5 stars because the appetizers were tiny, like a nail. The flavor was very good, but the price does not justify what they charge. The pizza was good, but in Naples, there are many other pizzerias that offer a spectacular appetizer for celiacs. The service was good and the staff very kind. The atmosphere is nice.

I tried the fried dishes, margherita pizza, and "terra mia" (with friarielli). Excellent quality. In taste, it is very close to gluten pizzas.

Very good pizza, also the appetizers.

Everything was excellent, from the antipasto to the gluten-free desserts. A wide selection and quick service even when it's crowded. Highly recommended.

I was at this place during my vacation in Naples. I ordered a mixed fried platter and a margherita pizza. For gluten-free options, it's not possible to order individual fried items, only the mixed fried platter which includes two polentina, two arancini, two croquettes, two pasta frittatas, and some chips. The fried food was very good, especially the croquettes! The pizza was good, but honestly, I expected much more. There is no contamination at all because there is a separate kitchen and the waiters are very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend it.

Wonderful experience at Federico Guardascione, the pinnacle of Pizzaiolo in Vomero. I am celiac and I must say it was a beautiful experience, eating a pizza worthy of being called such. They have a dedicated oven for gluten-free options, they do frying, which is essential for me. The quality-price ratio is fair. We opted for a gluten-free fry, which included 2 croquettes, 2 arancini, 2 frittatine, and 2 scagliuzzelli, along with fries, also chips. Cost: 8€. Gluten-free Margherita pizza: 7.50€. Normal pizza with 2 tomatoes: 10€. Water and Coca-Cola: 5€. Cover charge: 4€. Total: 34€. We will definitely return.

Probably the best gluten-free pizzeria in Naples! Personally, I love La Magrella, but there's a very interesting option!

Vomero. Gluten-free pizza. I reconfirm without a shadow of a doubt my opinion on the Federico Guardascione Pizzeria. We were a group of four last night, and despite the dining area being usable only halfway due to renovation work, we waited very little time. The service was perfect. I photographed only my dishes, and I swear they were truly gluten-free. I kindly asked to have the pizza topped with two flavors and was immediately accommodated (half Pistacchiella, half Bufalina 2.0). For dessert, I had the Ciocofondente, a delicious chocolate cookie with a caramel heart and topping. I also had another dessert to taste, but I forgot to photograph it; it was the baked berry cheesecake, very good. I highly recommend going there; even if you arrive and have to wait in line, I assure you it's worth it.

Great pizzeria with independent kitchen and oven for gluten-free pizza and dishes, good fried foods, very large and air-conditioned internal room, centrally located near via Cilea. Good truffle pizza, although the photo and menu indicate it's served with truffle slices, while I received it with truffle extract sauce, which should be clarified in the menu. Good selection of beers and wine list. Friendly staff, average prices. The cashier was a bit confused and made a mistake with the change, but refunded me upon my complaint. Overall, I recommend it especially for celiacs.

The place is large and welcoming. Customer service is attentive and the waiting time is average considering the access procedures (green pass control and crowding) and the fact that it was a Friday night. Exceptional pizzas, soft and light doughs, and products of the highest quality. The only downside is the limited beer selection, but that’s just nitpicking. Great experience in the heart of Vomero, with an excellent choice for celiacs.

I didn't know this pizzeria and decided to try it with some friends. The menu is very varied, with many types of pizzas (including gluten-free options). I opted for a pizza with purple potato cream, ham, provola cheese, and cheese fondue. The pizza was really good, perfectly cooked, and with a very light dough. The other pizzas included a 'Porcina' (porcini mushrooms, black pig meat from Caserta, and provola), which was highly appreciated; a margherita with buffalo mozzarella; and a stuffed pizza with salami (and here the salami wasn't very liked). All of this, along with good beers, fast service (even on Saturdays), and average prices, will make me come back to try the other specialties on the menu.
