"Matriciana sbagliata," that's the name of the exceptional dish ♥️ really good focaccia. Kind and attentive staff. As always, I review the morning after and I had no problems, so attention to preparation respected 1000%. Fair prices. Be careful with parking, you can find a spot in the square 😊

We were there a couple of Saturdays ago, as a first experience and we must say it was more than satisfying!!!! We were welcomed by a super kind girl who was very knowledgeable, especially about gluten-free options and very attentive. The place was very welcoming and clean....the pizza, both with and without gluten (especially) was something exceptional, the fried dishes, desserts, water, coffee, everything was delicious!!!!! 😋 See you soon and thank you for everything!!!!👋😍

A small and intimate place in the center of Albano Laziale, well managed by young people. Very safe in terms of all types of food intolerances. The menu is fully gluten-free (with a separate kitchen for gluten-free dishes). The quality is excellent.

Really excellent supplì, without breading but very crunchy. The pizza with the thick crust, a bit in the Neapolitan style, is also very good. It's great that everything is available gluten-free, and the cleanliness of the place is a guarantee.

The environment is quite small but super welcoming and delicate with a very pleasant background music. The place was recommended to me and I must say it absolutely met my expectations. Let me start by saying that I am celiac and this place offers practically everything gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza is not Roman but more like Neapolitan and it's perhaps the best I've ever had, super light dough, tasty and abundant topping. The supplì is around 7.5/8 and the dessert is super good, a 9 (cake with sponge cake and cocoa ricotta). If you are celiac, come here!!!

I had the best gluten-free pizza ever. With a nice tall and fluffy crust, fabulous dough, and ingredients that were equally great. We also chatted with the very kind and friendly owner. Really a lovely quiet place with attention to detail. We had a wonderful evening. 5 super deserved stars, and if we return on vacation to Rome, I will definitely come back to visit them.

I booked a business dinner and we had a great time.. The place is well-kept, clean, and welcoming. The food is excellent from the appetizers to the dessert. The pizza is amazing. Highly recommended even for people who are gluten and lactose intolerant. Great value for money. We'll be back.

January 2025: one of the pleasant discoveries of the month. Fantastic value for money. I highly recommend the cod balls and the pizzas. I can't wait to try their other dishes. I also liked the attention to customers and the courtesy from the waitress – whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask – from the moment we entered the restaurant. In fact, she asked us if we had any allergies or intolerances, a consideration that is still lacking in many restaurants today.

A charming discovery! The place stands out for its classic cuisine or gluten-free, egg-free, or lactose-free options. The service is really welcoming and quick, the quality of the dishes is high-level, and the price list is in line with the experience and atmosphere. The restrooms are well-kept. A special commendation for the lighting and the volume of the music in the room, allowing for some pampering alone or with company without any disturbance. I will definitely be back, and I recommend it!

Very good food. Attentive service to any allergies or intolerances. Fair price. It's a shame about the very poor soundproofing of the environment; with two large tables of guests, we couldn't talk.

The fried dishes are simply exceptional, the pizzas are delicious, both with gluten and gluten-free. Excellent selection of beers. The owners are super nice and very kind, highly recommended!

A small place, cared for in every detail; the atmosphere is pleasant. The girl who attended us was very kind. Working only with fresh products, fish is offered only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The menu features non-ordinary dishes, presented excellently. The seafood fantasy was very good, and the two first courses we tasted were good as well. They also offer dishes in a gluten-free variant. The only suggestion: offer a lactose-free dessert, as this intolerance is often linked to celiac disease. Excellent quality-price ratio; the bill was fair for the quality offered. Recommended!

Really a pleasant surprise this new restaurant. In addition to traditional cuisine, I want to highlight the gluten-free attention with a separate kitchen and a varied and complete menu. The staff is competent and courteous and Valentina, the hostess, is a special person. The place is warm and welcoming, and the cuisine is superb! The homemade gluten-free ravioli with tomato, Gaeta olives, and fried basil are excellent. They also make pizza, which I will try soon. The desserts are also delicious, and the gorgonzola and walnut supplì are amazing. Highly recommended! 👍
