Certified AIC restaurant-pizzeria, rustic atmosphere, polite and friendly service, but perhaps a bit rough around the edges. The menu is unique, and to find out what was gluten-free, I had to ask the waiter, who had to go to the kitchen multiple times for confirmation. Almost the entire menu was available gluten-free. I chose from the restaurant menu. The food was good, though the cost might be a bit high for the quality. For the pizza, it might be necessary to notify in advance (or at least that's what we were told at the time of booking). Strange thing: the dishes arrived unmarked (so I had to ask the waiter for confirmation that they were actually gluten-free). Perhaps one of the few times this has happened to me in an AIC establishment.

We came from Grosseto on the suggestion of a person with celiac disease because, according to them, the gluten-free pizza was very good. In terms of flavor, it can be said that it is good, but the appearance is thin and quite crunchy, very different from the classic Neapolitan pizza. The gluten pizza had a similar appearance: thin and not very elastic. I'm giving four stars because we also ordered two gluten-free mixed appetizers and they were fabulous. We noticed that most of the other guests were ordering fish, and the aroma was very inviting. We will definitely return to try other dishes, but not the pizza :)
