Every time I return to this place, I realize I love it more and more: the menu is almost entirely gluten-free, with the exception of a few items (e.g., olive ascolane). The food is excellent, made by them, and the quality of the food is noticeable from the taste and how it is presented. So far, the best gluten-free pub I have ever tried in the area.

Recommended for those looking for a gluten-free meal. The pizzas and burgers are very good. Various menu options and always attentive to the choice of raw materials. Of course, different beers are also available, including on tap. For those with gluten issues, here you can be sure of zero contamination.

Beautiful place and kind staff, really good food, and moreover they have a double kitchen for celiacs. I recommend everyone to eat here, fabulous pizza and burgers. The panettone for celiacs is delicious.

I chose Pause because their entire menu is available in gluten-free and lactose-free versions (it’s an AIC informed venue and they pay great attention when booking to ask if there are people with celiac disease, which I really appreciated because not everyone asks or takes it for granted). Moving on to the menu, one word: AMAZING! The first time I went, I had an out-of-this-world burger with homemade gluten-free bread and delicious meat cooked as I requested; the second time I wanted to try the pizza and I had a white one with ham, potatoes, and lactose-free mozzarella... the dough was fantastic and super digestible, I would have finished it all if I hadn’t also ordered the fried gnocchi (with pizza dough) accompanied by sauces. The desserts are also gluten-free, but I couldn't taste them because they aren’t lactose-free. What can I say, I already knew it but hadn’t been there in a long time, and it was a pleasant rediscovery... the only problem is that now it’s too close to home, so I’ll have to go more often 😂

I have known this place for years and we occasionally return gladly, being one of the few gluten-free options in the area that doesn’t use pre-made or worse, frozen pizza bases, but prepares them themselves and they are very good. If I wanted to find a flaw, the cost is slightly above average... some types of pizza even reach 17-18 euros, which with the additional 1.50 for gluten-free approaches 20... a bit too much. As for the rest, the interior location is nice, and the service is excellent.

As a coeliac, it is a paradise for me, both in terms of food availability and quality! Moreover, the staff is super helpful and friendly, which is not taken for granted these days. Especially great food even with gluten, according to those who accompany me. The bread, made by them, is amazing: they also sell it packaged and already sliced!!

For a gluten-free dinner, we are happy to travel a few extra kilometers; it was worth it, everything was very good and flavorful, the buns were really great! I recommend it for a different evening.

Welcoming environment, excellent music selection. Delicious food with gluten-free options on 99% of the menu, including draft beer. A must for gluten-free in the Castelli Romani!

Unfortunately, I came with a friend who is gluten intolerant. We ordered a hamburger and some chicken wings, accompanied by a beer each. The wings were the typical ones you find everywhere, the hamburger was covered in sauces, and the beer wasn’t anything special. The best part was the bill. 35 euros per person for a sandwich... Not recommended. 👍

Location: a not very large place, quite well-kept, typical spartan table for a place of this type. Service: 5 everyone was very nice and kind. Menu: 4 positives and negatives. The fried food was excessively fried, on the brink of burnt. Inside, both supplì and croquettes were good. Excellent pizza, desserts were rather mediocre. Fried pizza as an appetizer was also very good. The aspect that left me most perplexed is the menu. A place attentive to food intolerances and celiac disease that does not indicate on all dishes what the allergens are on the menu. They are not immediately visible because they are on a separate page and are not present for all dishes on the menu. It took a while to understand whether a dessert had lactose or not. With a few adjustments, they could do much better. Bill: 4 prices are not cheap, I would say slightly above average; however, in the end, we paid €26 per person for a pizza menu.

I always return with great pleasure. Friendly and nice staff. Excellent food. Whether with or without gluten, everything is special. I haven't tried the pizza yet, but I will soon. My favorite dish is Spider Pork with pulled pork. You have to try it to believe it. The gluten-free version of Spiripuffoli is exceptional.

A paradise for a celiac! Appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, desserts, everything. Exceptional gluten-free pizza. Very nice place, convenient parking, and very kind staff. I will definitely return.

Very, very satisfied! We went to dinner on a Saturday evening. A very extensive menu that meets all needs (vegetarians, celiacs...). Lots of beer choices. The staff are very kind! I recommend it! Yes. Ah, make sure to book because it's always full! :)

AIC locale with gluten-free kitchen for celiacs. Great background music and excellent food, the menu particularly includes pizza, hamburgers, and various fried dishes, of course all in gluten-free versions. It is an informal and simple place, but very nice and youthful. Definitely a positive experience, I will return.

Excellent food, very high quality, and fair prices. Highly recommended.... I almost forgot, they also cook for celiacs....

Exceptional. I am celiac and I go to them because they are part of the Aic group. Everything is very good. Valentina is very knowledgeable and knows how to treat a customer very well. Highly recommended.

Great risto-pub. For us celiacs, the menu is identical and they have gluten-free draft beer.... prices slightly above average.

We discovered this lovely restaurant-pizzeria during a trip back to Rome and celebrated our Valentine's Day there. Excellent value for money. Great quality meat and a lot of attention to the food intolerances I have. Friendly and caring staff. I recommend it!

Nice place. Warm and welcoming. The menu might be too categorical. Quite Nordic and too elaborate. Frozen dishes are a downside. Gluten-free food is better than the normal ones. Should be visited in moderation. Lacks simplicity in the menu, which instead is implied by the atmosphere.
