A very casual restaurant, very kind staff, very good food... From the appetizer to dessert, including pizza, all gluten-free... Separate kitchen, fair price for what you eat.... Recommended.

Gluten-free pizza with exceptional dough!! It's really rare to find it so good for someone with celiac disease. The supplì are also good. Super service: the owners are very kind, attentive, and helpful.

My favorite pizzeria, in Lazio, is among the best for me; all the dishes are excellent, but the pizza, including the gluten-free one, is superb. The staff is very welcoming; it feels like being with family.

Gluten-free pizza... Finally!! Since we discovered my wife's celiac disease two years ago, we have always been on the lookout for restaurants where we can eat gluten-free and, most importantly, well. It seems easy, but it’s not. So, on recommendation, we went to this place. AIC certified. We arrive and find a classic and unpretentious restaurant, one of those that we in the countryside are used to frequenting, where you already know you'll eat well. Indoor and outdoor tables. The place is clean, and as we enter, we are immediately welcomed by a very kind girl with a smile that was visible despite the mask. As she takes us to our table, I’m very pleased to notice the dual kitchen with the gluten-free lab. The entire menu and all the pizzas are available both traditionally and gluten-free. We order two mountain appetizers with mixed cold cuts, and she brings us gluten-free focaccia and bruschetta. Then the supplì (excellent) and finally, the pizza. My daughter and I... two traditional pizzas, and I must say they were excellent. The dough was very good and turned out to be very digestible. My wife was very satisfied with her gluten-free pizza. Finally, with a delicious dough. The bill turned out to be perfectly reasonable. A chat with the owner at the end of dinner about gluten-free and the difficulties encountered while eating out and then at home. We will definitely return and highly recommend it. Gluten-free... it is possible!
