I was there these days. Renovated place with new staff. They serve fish, meat, and pizza. The schiacciatina instead of bread is super good.

I went there last week, the experience was like a local place you see on shows like Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon Ramsay or Canavacciuolo. The place wasn’t full but the service was embarrassing. I was with my father and we ordered a gluten-free pizza (they have a separate oven) for me and a regular one for him. We asked if they could bring them together. After an hour, my gluten-free pizza arrived (it was good, nothing to say), while my father's pizza came after an hour and a half. During that half hour, we asked the waiters three times for information and if they could bring some breadsticks in the meantime. They said yes but then disappeared. The older waiter who took the order said when he brought it that the pizza chef had burned it and had to redo it. To apologize for the mix-ups, he brought us two lemon liqueurs to the table, but my little glass was dirty with lipstick, I presume from one of those offered at the counter that someone had tasted, left there, and then offered to us at the table. If they wanted to impress us and recover points with that, it had the opposite effect....

Hotel located in the center of the town of Gradisca d’Isonzo. Equipped with parking inside the structure. The facility is managed by two brothers and a helpful staff (a special mention goes to the tireless father, who is few of words but friendly). The rooms are very spacious, new, and equipped with all comforts, including a thermostat that can be adjusted in the room. The hotel was chosen for its gluten-free food option on the menu. We tried the gourmet pizzas, both normal and gluten-free… simply wonderful! Maximum digestibility and use of high-quality ingredients. The price, of course, goes hand in hand (Margherita pizza at €10), but it’s worth it. Not to mention the breakfast, rich in both gluten-free and non-gluten-free foods, especially the fresh ones (Neapolitan pastiera and hazelnut cake). For those wanting to visit Gorizia or Trieste, this hotel is definitely a valid reference. Highly recommended!

Happy to have discovered this pizzeria (they also have a restaurant): the gluten-free pizza definitely ranks among the best, the regular dough pizza is also very good, everything available in a Gourmet style. The service could potentially be improved, but maybe we just had bad luck that evening. In the photo, 2 gluten-free pizzas (cooked in a separate electric oven but can be requested on-site) and 2 with regular dough. Highly recommended!

With my partner, we often order gluten-free pizzas since it is one of the few pizzerias in the area that offers this service. The pizza is really good, but the service and availability are below zero. The last 5 times I called, in addition to grumbling every time I requested the gluten-free pizza, I also had to convince them to make it for me. Today, I called at 8:20 PM on a Saturday night to order 3 gluten-free pizzas. After the usual grumble, I was told they could only make one gluten-free pizza and the others normal, and before I could even respond, they hung up on me. It's really a shame because they make it really well, but if you offer a gluten-free service, you need to be able to meet the customer's needs, otherwise it's better not to advertise it.

Another disappointment from this place! Unprofessional staff, they pretend not to see you! And to complete this disaster, the gluten-free pizzas we ordered were actually with gluten. We felt unwell the whole evening! I WILL NEVER COME BACK and I advise all celiacs to avoid this place.

A nice place with the possibility to eat outdoors. It offers a wide selection of high-quality pizzas and also good restaurant service. The desserts are great as well. You can enjoy an excellent gluten-free pizza. It is recommended to make a reservation, especially on weekends. Definitely worth trying.....
