Good gluten-free pizza, although I wouldn't call it exceptional. The crust is thin, not particularly crispy but also not excessively soggy, and the ingredients used are of good quality. The venue is very nice, spacious, modern, and welcoming, with fairly convenient parking. Besides pizza, there are also various dishes available, including gluten-free options, although I personally have always chosen pizza. A positive note for the service as well: the waiting times are generally quite fast, and I've never encountered any significant chaos, although I still recommend making a reservation. As for gluten-free options, I definitely find it a reliable place: Iβve been there several times and have never had any issues. Therefore, even though itβs not the best pizza Iβve ever had, I can absolutely speak well of this venue and recommend it to those looking for a place to eat gluten-free in peace.

Good pizza, although slightly cold in the center; in fact, the mozzarella was not perfectly melted. The menu in both the pizzeria and the restaurant offered a wide selection. Recommended.

Pizzeria restaurant in the industrial area of San Giacomo di Romano. The environment is always perfect, clean and impeccable, the service equally so: courteous, precise, and fast staff. The dishes are good, unique, and made with quality ingredients: you can choose from vegetarian, meat, and fish dishes for starters, main courses, and second courses. Regarding the pizzeria, gluten-free dough is also available. Prices are average, about 25/30 euros per person for a lunch break with a single dish and side. Free parking is available in front of the venue or in the immediate vicinity.

We stopped at this restaurant for lunch and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is modern, spacious, with the possibility of eating outside. Courtesy and professionalism are the norms, and the various dishes are of high quality and well presented. The restaurant also meets the needs of gluten-free customers. Recommended.

Lovely, refined, clean place and very friendly staff... We were there on Sunday after a Baskin game and we felt very, very good... Surely if we return to those areas, we will go to eat at Mardignon. I recommend it to everyone... An important thing I didn't mention is that they also cater for celiacs and are certified as well.

Gluten-free pizza was quite good, it's more like a focaccia than a pizza. I have eaten much better ones that are much closer to a regular pizza. Overall, a decent rating seems appropriate!

Pizzeria and restaurant. Beautiful, modern, and well-furnished place. A wide variety of pizzas available, with options for the dough (gluten-free, whole grain, etc.). Courteous and helpful staff.

A well-kept pizzeria/restaurant with a modern atmosphere. Well-presented dishes, fair prices, young and dynamic staff. I didn't have the pizza, but I noticed (someone at our table did) that it's thinner than usual and consequently, it's easier to digest. Moreover, it's available with various flours (also for coeliacs, as well as various types of pasta on the restaurant menu). Clean and well-maintained restrooms. The desserts are also recommended. Negative aspects: - Small parking, but in return, there are two spacious ones nearby; - From the dining room, you can see people entering and the staff working.
