A true excellence in San Severo! My wife (who is celiac) and I went out to dinner and we can only praise every aspect of this experience. The restaurant is AIC certified, so it's perfectly equipped for those suffering from celiac disease, with maximum attention, professionalism, and total safety in the preparation of gluten-free dishes. But beyond that, the food was truly exceptional—authentic flavors, well-prepared dishes, the right portions, and quality ingredients. A special shout-out to the staff, who were really kind, friendly, and courteous: they make you feel at home, always smiling and ready to offer suggestions. A place that combines taste, hospitality, and attention to dietary needs. Honest prices, a clean new comfortable environment, and above all, with extreme ease of parking. WELL DONE WELL DONE WELL DONE. We will definitely return, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

Family dinner, found by chance, very well-kept and welcoming place, despite being fully booked, the owner immediately found us a spot. Very well-prepared for gluten-free. The waiters are very helpful and kind, making you feel at home. Complete menu. COMPLIMENTS! I will definitely return.
