Locally sourced products are well-highlighted and prepared with care. Delicate and non-trivial flavors. Excellent and extensive wine list. We ordered an old-fashioned menu that was adapted to our dietary restrictions. Impeccable service. The extra virgin olive oil they produce is also of high quality. The star is well-deserved. The costs are aligned with the quality of the products and the level of the venue. Congratulations to the Fischetti family.
