found by chance... guided by the smell of bread that fills the street and emanates from the 2 shops, one of which is completely gluten-free. What can I say, it’s been 10 years since I had the pleasure of tasting the "real" flavor of Apulian focaccia, pizzette. I haven't had any salty snacks yet, but I'll come back and let you know!!!

An exceptional oven! With maximum safety because it is exclusively gluten-free... you can find everything... sweet, savory, bread, grissini, etc... you must try the seasoned puccia... it is not the common bakery puccia that you find a few meters away.... the shop assistant is really lovely!

Great bakery, always full of various types of pizzas, focaccias, and stuffed pastries. The Pucce are a typical bread, stuffed and not, which I believe is from Puglia. I eat another type of bread, but I’m told they are very good. There are also sweets. A few meters away is also Pucceliaca, dedicated to gluten-free products.

Discovered this year during the carnival season. The chiacchiere are sublime!!! The bread, pizza, and focaccia are excellent... now I bought panettone and pandoro. Amazed by the flavor, softness, lightness, and fragrance of both. Friendly, smiling, helpful staff. A point of reference for the large army of celiacs...

I organized a graduation party to which we invited some friends with gluten intolerance. We relied on Pucceliaca where we found an excellent assortment of suitable products. It is a well-stocked laboratory with products of superb quality. The review is based on a judgment expressed by my sister. In particular, the Pandoro was rated as OUTSTANDING (she told me ... "it's like a drug .... I devoured it in no time .... it's the best I've tried so far"). What can I say? The staff is very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They treated me to a schiaccata (similar to carasau) that is truly amazing. Final verdict. 5 stars for everything. You are really great, and you deserve this judgment. We'll see each other soon. I have purchased several times for my family bread, focaccia, and puccia; everything is delicious and the prices are honest. They also have a separate place, LA PUCCELIACHIA, where I get gluten-free bread and puccia for myself, and it is the best!!

I often go to the bakery in the gluten-free section since my girlfriend is celiac. I have to say that the bread and focaccias, as well as the various desserts, are excellent and the staff is very friendly. I absolutely recommend it.

I finally found someone who knows how to make good bread!! The Apulian bread is wonderful, fragrant, and well-cooked. Bread of all kinds, even with cereals, and a couple of display cases further down there’s a small selection of gluten-free options. Small pizzas, flatbreads, and desserts complete the bakery. The kindness, expertise, and speed of the staff should not be underestimated. The pucce are worth the wait. Well done!

I wake up in the morning and by opening the window I smell the scent of freshly baked bread. The puccia, the fried puccini with paprika or plain, the focaccias of all kinds, the sweets, the increasingly inviting cakes, the daily novelties from Mary and Vito are unique and delicious! SIMPLY SUPERLATIVE! THE BEST IN MILAN. Everything is really delicious, a pleasure for the palate. I've never eaten anything so good gluten-free. The bread, the puccia, the simple focaccia, the one filled with onions or herbs, the pizza, the olive schiacciata, the desserts, and much more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
