Everything was very good, but I did not have a good impression regarding CONTAMINATION. The dishes indicated as "gluten-free" and which had been recommended to me by the waiter were later advised against by another because they were cooked together with others that are at risk. The impression is that they are not really organized to manage contamination: many dishes are naturally gluten-free but are NOT SUITABLE FOR CELIACS.
