A few months ago, we visited because we were looking for a suitable place for someone with celiac disease, and we were pleasantly surprised by this alternative gluten-free lunch that was very tasty and different from the usual. The owner is also very accommodating (she opened for us even though the restaurant was closed), kind, and conveys the passion and love she has for her work.

I decided to give it 5 stars because first of all, Mrs. Marzia is really kind and skilled; she makes you feel right at home. Then the classic cheesy bread is something really delicious, not to mention other flavors like turmeric and Tropea onion, which are both delicate and delicious. The place is easily reachable from both the green and red metro lines. Finally, for people with celiac disease, it's a perfect place because it's naturally gluten-free and Marzia is very attentive and knowledgeable. I have nothing negative to say; everything is fantastic!!

I met Marcia at an event dedicated to gluten-free food and I had the opportunity to get to know her better at her shop Panggioso Lab. What can I say... she is a delightful person, full of initiative and a desire to do, creativity, kind and friendly! The place is a true paradise for celiacs; everything is naturally gluten-free and is part of the AIC out-of-home eating circuit. I discovered a welcoming, tidy, and clean space where I could enjoy cheese sandwiches and tapioca in many different flavors, which are a treat!! Thank you, Marcia!!! See you soon!
