very good gluten-free pizza, not my favorite in Vicenza but a very valid option, high quality of service and ingredients, prices a bit above average

Really excellent pizzeria. The pinsa are great, plentiful, and super tasty. A big plus: they make gluten-free pizza with a lot of attention and care. The staff is very kind and always smiling, and the attention to customers is truly remarkable. Some details of the mise en place are original and innovative, like the little wooden doll used as a menu for desserts, a really cute idea. For a celiac person, being able to eat peacefully with everyone else is priceless. The atmosphere is welcoming and positive. Highly recommended! 🍕✨

Everything was delicious. I had the pleasure of dining at this place one evening and tasting the typical bruschetta they prepare here. I must say that I had never seen a place like this before; I found out about it thanks to my friends who live nearby, and what a discovery! The dough is amazing, and the bruschetta is truly tasty and filling; I struggled to finish one. Additionally, the staff welcomes customers with mini sandwiches/snacks to help pass the time, which are really good. They also have dishes available for those with allergies or intolerances, and the atmosphere is very informal and family-like. Highly recommended! You have to try it to believe it 😋

Perfect place to find a light and tasty pizza/bruschetta. At Brustolà, you can try many types of pizza thanks to the "pizza tour" that can be done with friends. The dough is delicate, crumbly, and light. The ingredients are very selected, and the combinations are unique. There is also the possibility of having gluten-free dishes. The venue is large, modern, and bright. However, since the hall is very high, it can get a bit noisy when there are a lot of people. The place is not far from the Montecchio Maggiore highway exit and has ample free parking. Reservations are highly recommended as it is very popular, especially during the weekend. Prices are affordable and average.

I should mention that a reservation is almost mandatory because at 7:20 PM we occupied the last unreserved table. Nice place with a neutral atmosphere. The menu seems a bit lacking in content, offering about 10 types of Brustolà (a type of crispy focaccia they have patented), gluten-free pizzas, and drinks (water, beer, wine, and soft drinks). The prices are a bit high (€7 for a Margherita with an average price of €10/11 for a Brustola). The service was a bit slow but tolerable, although the waiters occasionally mixed up tables. What annoyed me was that they served the table next to ours first, which arrived after us. The bill was €60 for 4 Brustolà, 1 medium beer, and 2 0.75L still waters.
