When ordering, even though the menu has the GLUTEN-FREE symbol (a sign of safety for those suffering from this condition), we were informed that there is no guarantee of safety in that establishment, that they cannot ensure a risk-free service, whereas last year there were no problems. IT IS EMBARRASSING TO USE A SYMBOL LIKE THE GLUTEN-FREE SIGN (CERTIFICATION FROM THE ITALIAN CELIAC ASSOCIATION THAT ATTESTS TO ABSOLUTE SUITABILITY) SO INAPPROPRIATELY WHEN FOR CELIACS IT IS A SYNONYM OF ABSOLUTE SAFETY. Obviously, we left the place immediately.
