Unfortunately, I was told that I am at risk of contamination, so it is not suitable for those with celiac disease.

The pizza is not bad, but they do not pay attention to cross-contamination; they use the same toppings on the counter with a lot of flour on the preparation surface.

Great pizza, without an exaggerated crust (which I don’t like), very rich in ingredients but not too messy, a menu with really many pizzas with quality ingredients, lots of truly appetizing dishes. Options for gluten-free, multigrain, whole grain, and hemp doughs; I tried the 10 cereals, which was a really delicious dough. Small welcome appetizer. Among the three pizzerias I’ve tried in the group, this is the best; the one in Borgo is good, but the one in Cuneo disappointed me.
