Almost the entire menu is also available in GF version. For the first courses, there is fresh pasta (gnocchi or strozzapreti) with all the sauces from the menu. Even the fried dishes and the famous "schiacciata" from Camaldoli are available in GF version. There is a surcharge of €1.50 on all gluten-free dishes. Everything is good and the staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

We stayed at this place and as mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are dated but clean. What matters most to me, however, is having found kind and extremely helpful people; from the waiters to the cook, to the owner... I was able to eat everything I wanted as almost the entire menu offered is available in a gluten-free version! They even had fried mushrooms available (which is a rare find without gluten) and some delicious potato tortelli that I chose to dress with mushrooms (also available with meat sauce or wild boar sauce). The waiter also recommended a wine from a local producer, which was really excellent. The typical schiacciata of Camaldoli was also great. Good value for money. Thank you for everything!!!
