Biscotti and sweets in general are spectacular! The jams and vegan chocolate are excellent! Really good bread, the buckwheat one is top-notch! There are also small pizzas, vegetables, and on Friday and Saturday evenings, also meat, supplì, and fries.

amazing food and staff the lady here is so lovely and sweet and what she bakes or cooks is amazing. I went Rome for a long weekend, took a day trip to Tivoli and found this place. so glad I did, honestly the best pizza I had when in Rome and Tivoli and I had a fair bit ha. She also does good cakes and cookies. Really good price. So friendly and helpful to try communicating as only know a small amount of Italian. Must vist this place.

An unexpected delight. We were captivated by the 'GLUTEN FREE' sign and approached with curiosity. We ate a really tasty small pizza that has nothing to envy from a regular wheat flour pizza.

Family vacation in Tivoli: we accidentally discovered this wonderful "kiosk" that is completely gluten-free. The owner is nice, kind, and an excellent cook and pastry chef. I had a sandwich with a hamburger and fries (top!), a delicious pizza, and delightful sweets. I also ordered a cake, which was gluten-free as well as lactose-free, to celebrate my daughter's birthday: exceptional! Celiacs, if you pass through Tivoli, a must-stop: Forno Petrini😉

We had lunch today at the Petrini oven, a pleasant discovery! Everything was delicious, from the charcuterie board to the pizzas, burgers, and desserts. We will definitely return. Courteous and helpful staff. I highly recommend it for both celiacs and non-celiacs. Greetings from Sulmona.

I went to Tivoli for the first time and had to find a place to eat gluten-free and lactose-free. On the map, I found the Petrini bakery. Very good pizza, heated up on the spot. I recommend it.

Being celiac didn't allow me to enjoy a real panettone until I discovered the Petrini bakery. Their gluten-free panettone is a revelation: soft, tasty, and infinitely better than all the artisanal panettones you can find in most shops and gluten-free bakeries. It's not a bakery but a goldsmith's. You can't charge 25 euros per kg for a risen pizza. Never again.
