Great gluten-free paposcia. Highly recommended. The pizzaiolo has been managing gluten-free since 2000... no contamination. Good dough. Simple and unadorned location.

5€ for a gluten-free supplement is really excessive, but it's also true that this year there are places in Vieste with pizza bases that charge 4€. One only needs to enter to realize if there is a risk of contamination or not.

Good, crunchy and tasty sandwich. Unfortunately: 5€ extra for the gluten-free option seems excessive considering it's just a stuffed sandwich, the staff was not very friendly, and the waiting times were long.

Great paposcia and pizza! The paposcia is good, crunchy, and with plenty of filling. The owner is very nice! Perhaps a bit excessive in price.

At 8:30 PM we arrive at the pizzeria - only two gf pizzas are available. One is enough for us, so that’s fine.... For the rest of the evening (just started) there wouldn't have been any other gf options because there was nothing alternative (not even a phantom gf paposcia). The justification is that they make everything in-house... The problem is that when I asked: what can I put on the gf pizza? I was told: I don’t know, I’ll ask. In the end, the options were really limited. Anyway, the gf pizza was great, the regular pizza was ugly and there was a strong feeling of little attention to contamination.

the pizza is excellent, stuffed to the brim. chatting with the owner, he explained that he has a separate oven for gluten-free preparation. in the summer, the wait times are a bit longer due to cleaning and preparing the work surface to ensure no contamination. the place is spartan, but don't be fooled. paid the right amount, friendly and helpful owner. possibility of having gluten-free beer as well. I'll return to Vieste and will dine here again.
