'Notte e Dí' offers excellent gluten-free pizza in a Spartan yet welcoming environment, with a friendly and helpful owner. The gluten-free beer is an additional bonus for those who enjoy good company.

Pizza shaped like a wagon wheel, quite good. The dough is made by the pizza maker. The restaurant is very casual.

Ugly place, but I read that they offered gluten-free options and I wanted to get a paposcia to go. It wasn't possible to take away, so I asked if I could sit alone to have a paposcia. I couldn't, the gluten-free option is only acceptable if you're in a group otherwise they lose money. If you eat gluten-free, don't go, even as a group out of solidarity for those who are treated poorly because they don't have 10 people around them.

A very spartan place in the center of Vieste. The positive thing is that you can eat outdoors on the little street in front of the venue, and the paposcia and gluten-free pizza weren’t bad at all, especially the paposcia. However, there are several downsides including: - inhumane waiting time. We waited over an hour for a simple margherita pizza and a paposcia. Obviously, there were many other people who, like us, waited indefinitely; - the place isn't very well maintained; - the surcharge for gluten-free is really excessive. I would almost call it theft. Moreover, it isn’t even indicated anywhere; - friendly but inexperienced staff; - the card payment machine was broken (but from other reviews I've read, it seems to always be 'broken'); I think I haven't left anything out. I don't think we'll be returning. It's a shame because it's a place that could have potential.

VULTURES VULTURES VULTURES The only WORD TO DEFINE THIS PLACE... for gluten-free they demand that you sit at the table even if it’s an 11-year-old girl, refusing take-out saying that the products are reserved... all to make a little EXTRA CHANGE.... Vultures opportunists. Penny-pinching traders learn to survive. Vultures

Very good gluten-free paposcia, highly recommended!

EXCELLENT PIZZA, BOTH THE "0" AND THE GLUTEN-FREE VERSION. THE OWNER IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO CONTAMINATION. ABUNDANT FILLING AND QUALITY OF FRESH FOOD. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Easy to find, better to book as it's in high demand. All dishes can be requested GLUTEN FREE and are really tasty and plentiful. Friendly and professional waiters. Prices are in line with the tourist area, neither high nor low. Possibility to have a table both outdoors and indoors, obviously air-conditioned. Highly recommended.

For a casual dinner, the place is very, very basic. There are some outdoor tables, but since Vieste is a windy area, the idea of using plastic/paper cutlery, plates, and glasses is definitely not a good choice. Paposcia is fine; I believe it’s the only place in Vieste where you can find it gluten-free as well. The staff is a bit improvised.
4
Great gluten-free paposcia. Highly recommended. The pizzaiolo has been managing gluten-free since 2000... no contamination. Good dough. Simple and unadorned location.
5
Handmade focaccia, with excellent quality products! I recommend the place if you have little time and want to eat something typical. Attentive and very friendly staff!

What a lovely place! The owner didn’t speak much English, or his wife, but it was good to practise my minimal Italian! Absolutely charming couple and accommodated my being gluten free very well. We could see the pizzas being made in the very clean kitchen, and were impressed! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this small gem of a place. A little away from the tourist areas but not far from the main hotel area.

5€ for a gluten-free supplement is really excessive, but it's also true that this year there are places in Vieste with pizza bases that charge 4€. One only needs to enter to realize if there is a risk of contamination or not.
3
Good, crunchy and tasty sandwich. Unfortunately: 5€ extra for the gluten-free option seems excessive considering it's just a stuffed sandwich, the staff was not very friendly, and the waiting times were long.
4
Bravo to the boy serving at the tables, but 5 euros extra for gluten-free dough is ridiculous. They have been eating gluten-free for years and have never paid such a high extra charge. P.S. I pay in cash, no receipt.

Great paposcia and pizza! The paposcia is good, crunchy, and with plenty of filling. The owner is very nice! Perhaps a bit excessive in price.

Amazing Place. The workers were very cute and hospitable. the prices are very fair and you get sooooo much for your money. I have never tasted a better pizza in my life. they make their own gluten free dough. you can pay with card, but I recommend paying with cash. it helps them, and they deserve every single penny, if not even more :)

We chose Notte e Dì because it was one of the first places found for 'gluten-free' and the only known option to taste a paposcia for celiacs. Satisfaction was extremely high; my girlfriend (who needed gluten-free) was very satisfied. I felt the same, I devoured the paposcia with great enjoyment!

Let's start with the positive elements: the paposce are good, as are the pizzas made with the same dough as the paposce. Perhaps the marinara, with the tuna, comes out a bit too greasy. The place is one of the few in Vieste that is equipped and also serves gluten-free products. Maybe (I hope) it's just a one-off, but the service was really terrible: long waiting times, inexperienced staff not 'guided', shouting and arguments between the kitchen and the ‘dining area’ (outdoors)....to be improved.

At 8:30 PM we arrive at the pizzeria - only two gf pizzas are available. One is enough for us, so that’s fine.... For the rest of the evening (just started) there wouldn't have been any other gf options because there was nothing alternative (not even a phantom gf paposcia). The justification is that they make everything in-house... The problem is that when I asked: what can I put on the gf pizza? I was told: I don’t know, I’ll ask. In the end, the options were really limited. Anyway, the gf pizza was great, the regular pizza was ugly and there was a strong feeling of little attention to contamination.

Small pizzeria with outdoor tables. They make everything gluten-free as well, and the owner, despite not being part of AIC, is very sensitive to the issue and thus very attentive to contamination. The FRESH paposcia is delicious, and even the gluten-free pizza tastes like a normal pizza: very light dough and excellent toppings. Definitely worth trying.

Intimate place in the streets of Vieste, super friendly staff, especially the owner and pizzaiolo! My partner and I are always on the lookout for gluten-free pizzas, and among the many we tried in Vieste, this was the best of all! Well-cooked dough, served on a nice plate, super loaded and well seasoned, it absolutely did not taste like cardboard or rice like many others we tried, really excellent and filling, already cut into 8 tasty and flavorful slices, truly good (speaking as someone who has eaten many gluten-free pizzas), if I could give 6 stars for the owner I would: kind and very nice, he assured us many times about the safety of his GLUTEN FREE dishes, even showing us his pizzaiolo master certificate, truly prepared and courteous. At the end of the evening he even offered us a limoncello of his own production! Prices average, service speed quick and without hiccups. Highly recommended!

Really recommended. This evening, my celiac partner and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at this pizzeria with two excellent gluten-free pizzas. Reduced waiting times, very friendly and attentive waiters, nice and ready to chat. The pizza chef and owner personally asked us how we found his pizzas, showing great care and attention. He also offered us homemade limoncello at the end of the meal. In summary, I could say that here in Vieste, as a place for celiacs, it's truly the best. Light dough, well-cooked, filled to the brim that doesn't leave you hungry and sits well on your stomach. The owner told us that he himself prepares the dough using various gluten-free flours. Highly recommended. Unfortunately, there are only 5 tables outside and two inside, but there's still a good flow of people, so it's just a matter of waiting those ten minutes for a table to free up to be occupied again.

Looking for a place to indulge in the best pizza in town? Look no further than Pizzeria Notte e Di. My group of seven recently had a delightful dining experience, and we unanimously agreed that it serves the most delicious pizza we've ever had. The menu caters to all taste preferences, from vegan to salami, and every pie was mouth-watering. What's more, the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel like a warm embrace. Do not miss out on this unforgettable pizza experience! And gluten free options are also amazing !!!

Gluten-free pizza!

the pizza is excellent, stuffed to the brim. chatting with the owner, he explained that he has a separate oven for gluten-free preparation. in the summer, the wait times are a bit longer due to cleaning and preparing the work surface to ensure no contamination. the place is spartan, but don't be fooled. paid the right amount, friendly and helpful owner. possibility of having gluten-free beer as well. I'll return to Vieste and will dine here again.

To be able to eat gluten-free, you must go before 8:00 PM. I arrived there at 8:15 PM and could not eat. It seems really absurd to have the ability to prepare gluten-free food and have such a huge limitation! Even with a reservation, one cannot have the chance to eat something. Really a terrible experience. You can't expect people to leave their homes by 7:00 PM in the summer to have dinner. I was left with a bitter taste, unfortunately.

A very spartan place in the center of Vieste. You need to go for the gluten sign before 8:00 PM, but it's worth it. The pizzas are fragrant and rich in ingredients, and I must say they are very digestible. Street food without great pretensions but of high quality. Recommended...

Unfortunately, the wait is really long, and also a gluten-free paposcia costs 5 euros more than the normal price (7 euros). It's not stated anywhere, and we found out at the time of the bill. Do they set the prices themselves???

Delicious pizza, even the gluten-free one. Perhaps it’s not a place chosen for its location, but as always, one must not be misled by appearances; what matters is the quality of the food. I recommend the 'Viestana', crunchy and flavorful. Very polite and friendly. When I return to Vieste, another visit will be a must.

On my return from Monte Sant'Angelo, I headed to Vieste where I spent an evening strolling along the seafront. For dinner, I was looking for a gluten-free pizzeria and I found this one tonight, and I really liked it a lot. The location is original, everything is set up with tables along the sidewalk. It’s essentially a takeout pizzeria, but you can comfortably sit down. They don’t only make pizzas, but also other things all based on dough, like focaccias, rolls, etc. Anyway, the gluten-free pizza is really good!! Personally, I will return. Simple, quick service, and the owner is a really nice guy.

We came to this place to try the gluten-free paposce! Absolutely a must-try. They are delicious! Moreover, the owners are really nice. If you pass through Vieste, you must definitely stop by pizzeria Notte e dì.
