Review especially regarding gluten-free food: special! Upon arrival, you are welcomed with a piece of gluten-free Apulian red focaccia that I found hard to believe was so good, along with warm gluten-free bread. The appetizer is easily adapted, with excellent gluten-free bruschetta, and in general, the entire menu is available gluten-free or can be adapted. The wines are also excellent. The staff is very attentive to contamination. Absolutely recommended! (Attached are photos of some gluten-free dishes)
