Not suitable for celiacs While on the phone, I was told that "the pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven along with those containing gluten without any aluminum containers, but there are no problems because at 400° everything burns." Nothing could be further from the truth and a lack of knowledge on the subject. In this establishment, contamination is not a risk but a certainty.

We cannot comment on the gluten-free pizzas. We haven't tried them because we were told over the phone that they are cooked in the same oven as the other pizzas without even being placed in a tray to avoid contamination.

If you want to try a different pizza from the usual, Rose Noir is the right pizzeria! It's a small and cozy place, with pizza that has excellent appearance and flavors, very digestible, with a soft dough cooked evenly, made with fresh and quality ingredients. While you eat it, it retains its flavor and never turns rubbery. There is the possibility of having different doughs, and in addition to classic pizzas, there are various original and delightful proposals with well-planned combinations; beer pairing is also suggested. Gluten-free dough is available, as well as vegan pizzas and lactose-free mozzarella. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to the needs of children in particular. I recommend making a reservation, as parking is limited nearby.

The service is always impeccable and friendly, attentive to customers' needs. The pizzas reflect the uniqueness of the venue, with a diverse menu featuring interesting and tantalizing options; if you're looking for classic pizza, Rose Noir is not for you. Here, you enjoy gourmet pizzas rich in high-quality ingredients paired with creativity and refinement, with doughs varying from classic flour to Kamut, moringa, activated charcoal, buckwheat, and even gluten-free. For each pizza, a beer pairing is suggested, sometimes a bit pricey but always excellent! Finally, dessert is a must😉

Gluten-free pizza also with vegetable charcoal dough available on reservation, many original options; my favorite is the Mar Rosso. Gluten-free craft beers. A must-try for celiacs.

I went there last night for the first time and had the gluten-free pizza, the best I've ever had! Compliments to Davide and his staff for their kindness, professionalism, and the amazing pizza! I will definitely be back!
