Delicious food with generous portions. Excellent service: quick kitchen and attentive waitstaff. Both indoor and outdoor tables, each with a beautiful atmosphere. Compliments to all the staff! Recommended: cheese and cold cuts platter with gluten-free focaccia that made my friends exclaim "so good! It didn’t taste gluten-free!", arrosticini, cacio e pepe pasta.

Very nice and friendly staff, the quality of the dishes was excellent, especially considering that we had a gluten-intolerant person in the group who was able to eat gluten-free dishes without worry. I will be very happy to return.

We discovered this pizzeria last year and it was a pleasant surprise, it's the third time I've been there and I will definitely go back. Finding a good Neapolitan pizza in the homeland of the low and crispy Roman pizza (Castelli Romani) is not easy… but at Noah I assure you that you will find it! The fried dishes are also delicious, and the location is elegant and welcoming. Another plus of the restaurant is the gluten-free kitchen.

A true experience for the palate, everything was delicious. I'm sorry I didn't photograph the other dishes, but the desire to eat everything that arrived overwhelmed the will to take photos/report. The kindness of the staff is the cherry on top of this place. For those with celiac disease, there is a wide choice; we didn't understand if they also make gluten-free pizza, we will find out when we return.

As someone who is celiac, I had dinner here because of the gluten free options they have. The food was really good, however I specifically asked for a dish to be made gluten free but they brought the version with gluten in it. The error occurred with one of the antipasti, the POLPETTE DI BOLLITO SU LETTO DI SALSA VERDE OPPURE DI POMODORO. It’s really important for gluten free people to know that the gf food has a flag in it to indicate that the dish is in fact gluten free. I didn’t know this until the first course came in, after I had eaten the antipasti with gluten in it. Update after the restaurant’s reply: I would like to add that I was in the middle of a vacation to Rome, and I had to spend the next 24 hours in the hotel because of the celiac reaction. I had to miss out an entire day of tourism. There’s no discussing that the food had gluten in it. I repeat, the food was good but I had a very bad experience. Also, if the polpette didn’t have gluten in it, something else definitely did.

A truly beautiful and welcoming place, it almost feels like dining in the atrium of a museum; the outdoor area is very nice. We opted for the all-you-can-eat pizza menu at 18 euros, which includes Montanarine and fries, mini fried items, and potato chips, plus all the pizzas on the menu. There were four of us, but one girl, being celiac, took the gluten-free menu, also at 18 euros, which included a pizza of choice, a gluten-free appetizer that varies by day, and a dessert of choice from the menu. Everything was really good, with a light dough almost like that of Neapolitan pizza. I would return for the pizza, and I will definitely come back to try the pasta dishes from this vast menu!
