Found by following Gluto's reviews and prioritizing AIC certification, the place is in a really nice location just a stone's throw from the famous Ponte di Bassano, making the choice even easier. It was a holiday during the Christmas period and the place was quite busy. Perhaps for this reason, my experience was unremarkable: everything was correct, nothing to report negatively, but also nothing that particularly impressed me. The place was full and we were lucky to find a table, even though it was in a corner near the entrance, not having made a reservation. I confirm what I've read in the reviews: dedicated gluten-free menu, informed and competent staff, attention to personal needs expressed. I will definitely return, perhaps at a quieter time with a reservation.

Charming venue, located right in the center near the bridge. They are members of AIC, offering a full gluten-free menu that includes first courses, second courses, burgers, pizzas, and desserts. The burger is excellent, also tried by non-celiac diners who found it very good.

Another delightful discovery thanks to this wonderful app. A well-maintained and elegant place in the most beautiful area of Bassano, reasonable prices, and a great selection of the entire GF menu. Tried the pasta and hamburger which were very good, and the tiramisu was stunning and delicious. Recommended. A place like this should exist in every city.

It is part of the AIC circuit, as soon as you enter they ask if there is anyone with celiac disease, they have a dedicated menu with very few dishes missing compared to the other. The offerings are very varied, with pasta, fried fish, meat, seafood and beef tartare, poke, and hamburgers. About half of the desserts are gluten-free. I ate well and felt safe and considered. The only drawback is that they don't have gluten-free bread but they bring crackers (even though there are hamburgers on the menu). Prices are medium-high but not excessive for the type of place.

I have never found such a wide selection for celiacs in one place: cutting boards, snacks, first courses, main courses, meat, fish, sushi, pizza, desserts. Here you can eat in complete peace of mind because it is AIC certified.

Last night I went to this place with the fear of eating the usual 3 things and instead you have a lot of choices among starters, main courses, burgers, and sushi... I wasn't used to so many options. Everything was delicious in a very nice atmosphere. All this just a stone's throw from the Bassano bridge. A spectacle!
