I have been to this trattoria several times with a client who organizes the Christmas lunch there every year. Although they are not specialized in gluten-free dishes, I have always found care in indicating which dishes were safe. Some were even "modified" to meet my needs as a celiac. They are equipped with packaged products (grissini, crackers, bread) that are gluten-free.

Trattoria da Carla: Excellence of the area! We returned and, as always, we ate very well. The traditional dishes are prepared with an extra touch and the flavors are perfectly balanced. The mise en place is very well done and the environment allows for quiet conversation. Friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Excellent wines with spot-on recommendations. Fantastic that they also have gluten-free options! One of the best restaurants in the area.
