Taormina is a gem nestled on the eastern coast of the three-pointed region, and the Bam Bar is its brightest and most attractive reflection. Beyond the decor that I would honestly have liked to take home with me, beyond the friendliness of the owner (after all, Sicilian), beyond the variety of choices... there’s also the gluten-free brioche. It’s packaged, so unfortunately it loses the softness and fluffiness of the ‘glutinous’ one, but honestly, it’s quite enjoyable to eat, I would say even too willingly. I can’t wait to go back!
