Restaurant with a wide choice of gluten-free dishes; naturally, there are some dishes that cannot be chosen as they have gluten-containing ingredients (e.g. swordfish rolls). Personally, I had a second course that I found delicious, but the waiter told me that there was also gluten-free pasta.

I thought I would never eat such a bad pizza in Italy, let alone in Sicily. But, alas, I had to change my mind. The dough was chewy, the tomato watery, and the mozzarella of poor quality. The result? Of three friends, only my gluten-free pizza, all three of us went home with stomach cramps. I'm really sorry, a terrible experience.

Wonderful restaurant in the Taormina center area, with very friendly and helpful staff. Here I found the option to order both gluten-free first and second courses, in addition to handmade pizza; I chose a first course of linguine with seafood which was good, although personally, it might have been a bit too al dente for my taste. I recommend that those with celiac disease in the area try it.
