Well, attention to contamination yes, but really mediocre pizza. The only bonus is that it's the only pizzeria that offers gluten-free options that I found open on Monday night.

It’s the only gluten-free pizza in the area. It is very much sought after. They don’t prepare the dough themselves, but get it from a specialized lab. They have a separate oven. You can eat there or take it away (they don’t deliver). They stuff them as desired. The gluten-free ones are super popular.

Average pizzeria with classic dough pizzas, if not outdated. A positive mention for the availability of gluten-free dough, which was tasty. However, there is no availability of other dishes, not even a slice of grilled meat or some fruit, which is absolutely legitimate given that it is a pizzeria. However, their menu, both online and paper, listed some main courses. When ordering, we were told "that the menu is old and not updated, and that they only make pizzas." This seems like a slight oversight on their part, not a minor one. With us was a person who, for medical reasons, cannot eat flours, and who practically had to stay fasting. If they had updated their menus, we would have chosen another place that would have allowed everyone to dine.

Highly recommended, even gluten-free, exceptional. The location is simple but clean and welcoming. The staff is very kind, and the pizzas are very good, even the gluten-free one is excellent. My daughter is celiac; we have tried many pizzerias, but the variety and the best dough we found here, at Sacro e Profano.

Great first experience. Pizza with a group of friends and everything went well. I had gluten-free pizza, which was very good. Beer (also gluten-free), coffee, and a digestif, and we were all satisfied. The owners were very kind and helpful.
