Mediocre quality pizza dough! I hope it can improve. It seems there is little attention in the preparation of gluten-free pizzas. The pizza is baked in a dedicated oven. The ingredients are good.

Disappointing experience. Today at lunch we ordered a menu, a gluten-free pizza, and a hamburger for a child. We were told that the hamburger was only available in the evening when it is on the menu. I kindly asked to check with the kitchen if it could be prepared anyway, but the chef, with only 20 covers, said no because they were out of fries. At that point, we canceled the order and ordered a pizza with the same fries that were still available. Very inflexible service management and a staff not up to the standards of a dining establishment.

The menu is not very extensive but offers a good selection of classic and gourmet pizzas. For takeaway pizzas, the buffalo mozzarella is delivered separately, which I think is a great idea to avoid the pizza becoming lukewarm and with half-melted mozzarella by the time you get home. We had two gluten-free pizzas, one of which had lactose-free mozzarella. This is a particularly appreciated option for intolerant individuals who can finally enjoy a proper pizza. The gluten-free dough is good, although I find the €4 supplement excessive. Our two pizzas were sausage and Tropea onion, and fries with sausages. The onion was very good; I would have appreciated a bit more tomato. But overall, the two pizzas were well-made, seasoned nicely, tasty, and also crispy. The service is excellent, with kind, courteous, and very helpful staff. We will return.
