Absolutely delicious and super light mixed fried food! No extra charge for gluten-free. Excellent! Venue in the AIC program.

Excellent experience, stayed in full board with a 4-year-old celiac child. Excellent level of cuisine, plenty of gluten-free options to satisfy the little one, and even when the child wanted something that wasn't feasible at the moment, they took action and resolved it by the next meal. Spacious and bright room, super helpful staff, and the entertainment for the little one was truly superb; when we set off for our return, he asked when we would come back. The inflatables managed by the wonderful Rachele, available during dinner time, are a stroke of genius. Convenient location near the sea and services. It was a great discovery and finally a true vacation where we could relax thanks to those who took care of us and our little celiac. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with gluten-free meal options. However, this year the gluten-free breakfast was practically nonexistent; we were only told upon request that we could have a slice of gluten-free cake. Also, for the classic breakfast, the fruit pieces were not very fresh with fruit flies, and the natural yogurt was only non-packaged. The juices were also in half-empty containers with thin handles or pre-packaged. The solution of placing most of the breakfast on a board on one side preserves hygiene but requires a staff member to be available, who was always called upon instead. Regarding lunch and dinner, we found the choice of dishes to be good, but given the four stars, a more experienced staff at the tables would be recommended. There has been evening entertainment with a keyboard and somewhat outdated vocals for years. The room was very clean and modernized.

We stayed on a full board basis as it is an AIC certified Hotel/Restaurant, and we had a very good experience. Spacious and well-kept areas, great courtesy and availability from all the staff. The cuisine was also excellent, attentive to the needs of celiacs, with the only note being that the portions were a bit small. The hotel is very easy to reach from the station and is just a short walk from the sea. I definitely recommend it and we will likely return.

So much staff but little attention to services. Mini suite room below expectations. Good food, average quality. Informed about gluten-free service, but very little choice for breakfast and desserts at dinner. High prices. I expected something better from a 4-star hotel. Could be improved with a bit of goodwill.
