The only place in the area where you can find gluten-free focaccia. To manage to get a piece, you need to go in the morning. By noon, it’s always already gone. The kisses of Alassio are also excellent. They sell exclusively products for celiacs.

Small shop in the main square of Finalborgo, they sell gluten-free products and make a delicious Ligurian focaccia (in a dedicated oven, so safe from contamination). Better to book to be sure to find it. They sell gluten-free sweets made in-house, but we haven't tried them.
