During a weekend with friends, we chose this restaurant driven by the possibility to eat gluten-free, as one of us is celiac. All the dishes, from appetizers to first courses, even the bread amazed us (purple bread in the photo, super crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside, served warm with an olive oil tasting as an entrée). Everything was of truly excellent quality (even the paccheri in the photo, gluten-free, had nothing to envy from the regular ones). If I return to Montalcino, I will definitely stop by this restaurant again.
