It is not true. I had gluten-free pizza and I felt terrible; it was 100% contaminated. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR CELIACS.

I had pizza with a gluten-free base, I must say it was the best I've ever eaten. It's not frozen but made by them. They were careful with the cooking, preparing the oven specifically. The staff, some were very kind, some a little less, but... we're all different. The price is high, but for the pizza I had, it's worth it all.
