The pizza is good, although there are many fewer types compared to the gluten menu, the fried food is excellent.

One of the best Neapolitan pizzas without gluten. The real downside is that the selection is very limited both in pizzas and especially in appetizers, prices are quite high. Overall, I feel like recommending it to everyone looking for a Neapolitan SG pizza, with a capital "P."

The pizzeria is always crowded, you need to book in advance. They have few pizza bases, better to inform when booking. The pizza is really good!!!

Given the proximity to home, we decided to order their pizza two nights in a row. The dough is decent: despite being very rubbery and spongy, the quality of the toppings makes up for it. The only problem in my opinion is the price, which doesn’t reflect either the quality of the food or the service. On the second night, my pizza was literally burnt, to the point of finding pieces of parchment paper still stuck underneath. I really don’t know how it’s possible to serve a pizza like that.

We are passing through Rome and stop at this pizzeria. The advice is to book a table because it is really full. They seat us in the outdoor garden and we finally enjoy a real Neapolitan pizza. To be precise, we choose a fairy tale with mortadella and pistachios. Just as the name of the pizza suggests, it is indeed a fairy tale. Prices are a bit higher compared to other pizzerias, but quality comes at a price, and the gluten-free option is exceptional. The oven is dedicated, which is a guarantee, even though they are not registered with the AIC.

Right now they only offer a few gluten-free pizzas and fries. I ordered a pizza with a ricotta-filled crust, and in the center, mozzarella and tomato. I think because of the ricotta, the pizza didn’t cook well, being undercooked inside. The staff was helpful and allowed me to choose another pizza, this time a simple Margherita, which was cooked properly but unfortunately I still didn't like it. It's worth mentioning that in the final bill, both pizzas were not included.

Finally, a great fried pizza (the best I've ever eaten) and an excellent gluten-free pizza (the best my daughter has ever eaten)... Just like in Bari!!! I suppose, from seeing the neighboring tables, that the classic pizzas must also be AMAZING.... I was told that, apart from the south, they opened in Milan a year ago. I will definitely go!!!
