I was here for a lovely breakfast, with tons of gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free options, in addition to 'normal' things. They make brioche, cakes (also for takeout), and cookies. Super attentive to customers, very courteous staff. Given the attention and variety, I believe they have distinct laboratories, but I suggest calling to confirm because I am only sensitive to gluten and not celiac.

Very good artisanal ice cream. In the morning, there is a wide assortment of croissants and pastries to suit all needs and tastes. Friendly and welcoming staff. A great variety of preparations are available for those with food allergies and intolerances: gluten-free, lactose-free, and even vegan. The prices are average, like in any other café. Of course, the products here are artisanal.

It should be the equivalent of the gluten-free bar that is also present in Castiglione delle Stiviere, but there is no comparison with the latter, even though it was the first of the two to open. At 9 in the morning, there wasn't even a hint of a gluten-free brioche, just 2 muffins, and the pastry selection is definitely more limited. The other location is always well-stocked regarding intolerances. I wanted to try it because I was passing through, but I won’t be coming back.

I tasted the ice creams, the brioche, the cakes, and the pastries. Exquisite breakfasts. The brioche can be filled to taste (creams and zabaglione are very good) and the puff pastry is excellent! There are also options for lactose and gluten intolerances! Wide selection of quality ice creams, cookies, and pastries. Every time we go for breakfast on Sunday, we come back with a cake for lunch because it's impossible to resist. Beautiful presentation and very much appreciated for the taste as well! Highly recommended!
