I arrived at the venue late after a show around 1 AM and asked if I could eat something gluten-free. The chef showed a kindness and willingness that is rare these days. He prepared a hamburger with gluten-free bread, and since the place was full, he made space for me at the bar to eat. I don't remember the name, but I would like to thank him publicly here. Besides being a kind and accommodating person, he is also super friendly! If I'm ever in Castellanza again, I will definitely visit you. Highly recommended!
