I sat down at the table and explained that I am celiac. I was asked how much (!). Aside from that, I was told that the risk of contamination is always present and that nothing is safe in the kitchen. Essentially, they politely told me that eating there would be at my own risk. Thanking them for their courtesy and honesty, I left.

Beautiful experience in this elegant venue, just steps away from the large lake of Avigliana. The chef welcomes you with a lime millefeuille, then I had a potato millefeuille with salmon and an excellent egg yolk! Additionally, for the main course, a salmon with crème fraîche and a delicious fennel salad. Watch out for GLUTEN-FREE!! We will return!
