I went there with my celiac wife for a break by Lake Avigliana. They seemed attentive and clear; they don't have gluten-free bread but good alternatives in the menu dishes. If I have to make a couple of notes, I must say that the risotto was very bland and the portions, especially of the desserts, quite small, but overall we had a good experience, considering that it is not a certified place.

Beautiful experience in this elegant venue, just steps away from the large lake of Avigliana. The chef welcomes you with a lime millefeuille, then I had a potato millefeuille with salmon and an excellent egg yolk! Additionally, for the main course, a salmon with crème fraîche and a delicious fennel salad. Watch out for GLUTEN-FREE!! We will return!

I sat down at the table and explained that I am celiac. I was asked how much (!). Aside from that, I was told that the risk of contamination is always present and that nothing is safe in the kitchen. Essentially, they politely told me that eating there would be at my own risk. Thanking them for their courtesy and honesty, I left.

very welcoming and prepared staff, excellent dishes with truly delicious flavor combinations, uncertified venue but attentive kitchen. Definitely will return regularly.
