I had lunch at Fishing Lab Verona with a reservation. The place is very nice and modern, the staff is helpful, courteous, and friendly. The menu indicates gluten-free dishes, which also include the fried items, very delicious! I will definitely return!

Gluten-free food is clearly marked on the menu, and the selection is wide, including fried dishes (a rarity). One suggestion: the sauces for pasta could also be offered with GF pasta to expand the options for celiacs.

I am not a restaurateur, but if I had a place, I would want it like this: a modern and smart, yet refined mood. A menu that ranges from street food presented in a nice and functional way (warm aluminum trays, for example) to particular cooking methods and more sophisticated dishes. A good wine list, with excellent pouring (from a Sommelier's word đ). The half portions are smart for tasting more items. Unbeatable prices. A special praise for the wide gluten-free selection (I have never seen fish arancini, not even in the south). I will be back soon. 5 full stars.
