Last night I asked for information directly at the restaurant, they told me they do not have separate kitchens, and they recommend looking for other restaurants that are better equipped.

I stopped with friends for lunch because they make gluten-free pizzas and dishes. I had read that the portions were generous, but that wasn't the case. Aside from that, I ordered fresh pappardelle with venison ragù and mushrooms, which were nothing short of fantastic, with a sauce that made it impossible not to mop up with bread. The only negative note is that I asked the waiter if the gluten-free pizza dough was also lactose-free, and he couldn't answer, which is quite important for those who are intolerant or allergic. Friendly staff. Excellent home-made fresh pasta.

In the center of San Gimignano, a characteristic, charming, and well-kept restaurant, you will find kind and helpful staff. You can enjoy traditional dishes. For those like me who cannot eat gluten, they offer gluten-free pasta. We had two first courses (one with truffle), two glasses of wine, and one liter of water, and we spent 44 euros for two. The portions are quite generous! In the picture, gluten-free spaghetti with truffle. Highly recommended!
