What a pity, what a pity, what a pity! You don't know how much it pains me to write this... I went out to eat pizza with my partner and my brother (by the way, my brother was our guest, and I wanted to make a good impression). We ordered a seafood appetizer to share while waiting for the pizza (I'm celiac, and mine needed more time to prepare). The moral of the story is that after 35 minutes of waiting, my gluten-free pizza arrives along with the seafood appetizer, to eat with a bottle of Traminer (pizza and Traminer, a spectacle! .. ironically). At that point, what do you do, besides getting angry about the deplorable service? You eat the pizza while the others have the appetizer. But the service issues don't end there, can you imagine! The two missing pizzas arrive, but my dining companions' plates end up in my appetizer because they weren't picked up in a timely manner. I’ll leave you to ponder this.... Note well: I'm writing this while they eat the pizza! Long live conviviality!!!
